TruckParts Eesti OÜ is a licenced truck and bus salvage firm. We have been working with trucks since 1995 and with buses since 2010.

We have developed a reliable system for recycling trucks and buses(storage systems, quality control for salvaged parts, restoration of parts and guaranties for costumers). With hard work through the years we have developed long-term relationships with partners and representatives abroad, which allows us to efficently organise export and import for trucks, buses and their parts(included to and from Russia).

Besides selling and buying we also offer various services to Clients, such as tachograph check-ups and repairs, towing services and electrical works for trucks and buses.

Our vision is to be a trustworthly and reliable partner to our Clients, while offering a wide selection of parts for trucks, buses and trailers at an optimal price.

1. Terms of Sale
1.1. The terms of sale between TruckParts Eesti OÜ webstore (bustruckparts.com) user (henceforth Customer) and TruckParts Eesti OÜ owner are applied to transactions between both parties and for legal matters.
1.2. Also, in effect during transactions on TruckParts Eesti OÜ webstore are the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. TruckParts Eesti OÜ retains the right to change the terms of sale and prices. The changes to terms and prices will take effect as soon as they appear on the website (truckparts.ee). If the Customer has placed an order before the terms were changed then the terms in effect at that time will be applied for the transaction unless otherwise stated by the law or the new terms.
1.4. By placing an order on TruckParts Eesti OÜ webstore the Customer acknowledges the terms and accepts them.

2. TruckParts Eesti Website Pricing
2.1. The prices visible on the TruckParts Eesti OÜ webstore are in euros and include the VAT that is applied in the Republic of Estonia. If the part has no price displayed, then ask us for a quote using the “Ask a Question” button.
2.2. The delivery cost will be displayed during checkout. If the cost of delivery is not shown, please write so in to comments of the order and our sales representative will contact you and send an estimate based on your location.
2.3. The cost of transportation is assumed to be for one location. If the Customer wishes to order multiple parts to the same address then each part will have a delivery cost added to it. In that case our sales representative will send you an estimate for the total delivery cost. If the Customer wishes for the products to be shipped to different addresses then they should create multiple orders.
2.4. TruckParts Eesti OÜ retains the right to change the pricing. If the Customer has placed the order before the change in pricing then the previous price will remain in effect, unless the order was cancelled due to missing the payment deadline or as stated in 7.4..

3. Checkout Cart and Placing an Order
3.1. Customer’s checkout cart will be created the moment the Customer has added a product to the cart.
3.2. It is possible to change the number of items in the checkout cart.
3.3. When you have added all the products of interest then you need to place an order.

4. Payment for Products
4.1. It is possible to pay for the products based on the order that was sent to the Customer’s provided email address by bank transfer or at our store at Betooni 8, Tallinn.
4.2. Payment must be paid before the date mentioned on the sales invoice. If the payment is delayed we cannot guarantee the availability of the part.

5. Product Delivery and Handing Over
5.1. After receiving the payment for the order, TruckParts Eesti OÜ products will be dispatched within 1 working day.
5.2 TruckParts Eesti OÜ retains the right to extend the delivery time by informing the Customer by email or phone.
5.3. TruckParts Eesti OÜ will deliver to the address that was listed on the order. If the Customer wishes to change the location, they must let TruckParts Eesti OÜ know immediately. We can change the destination before the parts are dispatched. Delayed notification of the change of address might incur extra costs to the Customer.
5.4. The accuracy of the information provided by the Customer while placing the order determines whether the products arrive on time and if there may be any extra charges. TruckParts Eesti OÜ is not responsible for delays or misunderstandings that were created due to inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
5.5. Upon receiving the parts the Customer must check the parcel and inform of any possible damages to the parcel or the item.
5.6 If the Customer will pick up the products themselves then the products will be issued based on a paid waybill.

6. Transport
6.1. TruckParts Eesti OÜ transport partners are DHL and DPD.
6.2. TruckParts Eesti OÜ retains the right to choose which transport partner will be used for each order. DHL and DPD transport terms can be viewed on their websites.
6.3. Estimated delivery times after the parts have been dispatched is within 1 working day in Estonia, within 2 working days in Latvia and Lithuania and in the rest of the European Union within 3 working days. Outside of the European Union it is usually up to 4 working days, but on rare occasions it can take longer.
6.4. The delivery may take longer and prices may be higher to ship to a remote area.
6.5. TruckParts Eesti OÜ sends a tracking number to the Customer when the products are dispatched meaning it is possible to track the progress of the shipment.
6.6. If the Customer has any special requests regarding the delivery (use of a different courier or use of a full container service) then please notify us in the comments when placing the order.

7. Warranty and Returns
7.1. TruckParts Eesti OÜ provides a 90-day warranty for parts sold. The warranty starts when the product has been given over by TruckParts Eesti OÜ to the Customer. The warranty applies to the first Customer. Replacing the product does not extend the original warranty.
7.2. Warranty replacements are not provided if the damage has been caused by:
*the fault or carelessness of the Customer;
*defects caused by improper use of the product;
*natural wear caused by usage.
7.3. If the Customer is not happy with the product, if the product does not fit or if the Customer ordered the wrong product they can return or get a replacement to that product within 14 days.
After the 14-day period has passed, TruckParts Eesti OÜ retains the right not to replace the part.
7.4. Return costs are covered by the Customer.
7.5 We do not reimburse the instalment and removal costs if the sold product does not fit. We will only provide a replacement or a refund.

8. Other Conditions
8.1. TruckParts Eesti OÜ does not reimburse moral damage caused by delays, changes of prices or other factors within reason.
8.2. The Customer is responsible for all transactions that they have made at the TruckParts Eesti OÜ webstore.
8.3 TruckParts Eesti OÜ can use the Customer’s information only to process the sale. TruckParts Eesti OÜ does not give the Customer’s information to third parties unless required by the law.
8.4 Questions unresolved by the terms mentioned here will be resolved between the Customer and TruckParts Eesti OÜ based on the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
8.5 In case of disputes, both parties will first try to solve it via negotiations. If it is not possible to come to terms, then the Customer and TruckParts Eesti OÜ have the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board or court.

HOW TO FIND YOU?

We are located in Tallinn, Betooni 8. Drive on St. Petersburg highway in the direction of Narva (out of the city) then you need to turn right after the Scania centre onto Betooni street. GPS coordinates: 59.4211, 24.8550. You can find us on Google maps and waze under the name TruckParts Eesti OÜ. Take a look at the map at the bottom of the website.

DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?

Sold parts have a warranty of 90 days under the condition that the sold part is returned in the same order and it was not removed with sales documents attached. The warranty does not cover transportation, instalment and removal costs. In case of a defect the part will be replaced by TruckParts Eesti OÜ. If there is no replacement possible the part cost will be refunded. TruckParts Eesti OÜ is not responsible for the compatibility of the part unless otherwise agreed upon. All parts are photographed and have a security mark. Tampered products are excluded from warranty.

HOW CAN I ORDER PRODUCT DELIVERY AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

After placing an order on the TruckParts Eesti OÜ webstore choose the shipping option and fill in the required fields. After the order has been placed, we will send you the invoice that needs to be paid on the email provided. After the invoice has been paid, we will send the parts by courier. The cost of transportation is displayed near each part.

CAN I PAY BY CARD?

Yes.

IF THE PART DOES NOT FIT CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes, if the part does not fit you can return the part and we will replace it during 14 days. We try our best to avoid such situations.

CAN I BORROW THE PART TO TEST?

We try to accommodate such requests if possible and provide the part so you can try to see if it fits. In that case we request 25% of the part cost if both parties agree to it before the purchase.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PART WILL FIT MY VEHICLE?

The easiest way to know if the part is compatible is based on the original/manufacturer codes. If the codes match, then the part will fit. As the manufacturers change the codes often, the part with a slightly different code can still work correctly. In such cases we use electronic parts databases to make sure of a match. Using the VIN code of the vehicle we can determine which parts will fit. Comparing the codes gained from the electronic database with the part in question we can determine if the part will be a replacement match. Naturally, we also rely on experience gained over time.

HOW EXACTLY CAN I SELL MY VEHICLE TO YOUR COMPANY?

You can offer drivable and non-drivable trucks, buses, trailers and other heavy equipment for sale to TruckParts Eesti OÜ. Send the vehicle information to info@truckparts.ee or call us on +37256504299. Our purchases and sales representative will send you an offer if we are interested and if both parties are interested, TruckParts Eesti OÜ will create the buy/sell document.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED WHEN SELLING A VEHICLE TO YOU?

The vehicles technical passport and proof of the owner identification. If the seller is not the owner of the vehicle then it will also require written consent from the owner.

WHO AND HOW WILL REMOVE THE VEHICLE FROM THE ROAD ADMINISTRATION DATABASE?

We will remove the vehicle using the online system. There is no need to go to the Road Administration.
